Think this store only exists to bring pick n pay into disrepute...the disinterested staff are legendary as are the sound levels in the store with the staff shouting and laughing across the floor. They treat customers with disdain and disrespect and they dont acknowledge that is the customers who keep them in their jobs. Today they got a taste of their own medicine....as usual, Saturday morning, 15 tills in the store, only four tellers and queues of up to 40 people.....then they just stopped, because the system broke and they only have one hand held card machine and no way to take cash. It was excellent to see people just put their full trolleys aside and walk out ! ....and the till manager keeping on telling customers we must listen more carefully to their intercom system in the rudest possible way. What a hopeless store with a manager who is never on the floor, and wasnt today either.
