close before the thime indicated

26th December at 16:00 the store closed and on the time schedule it clearly indicates that the close at 17:00 after asking one of the senior lady's why they are closing she said that its saturday and a public holiday well the least they could have done is to put a sign up to say this is how they do it but all response i got is that that isn't her problem. I have had other problems with this pick and pay before were the staf is rude and unwilling to help and that people have to stand in long line waiting for services because they dont either have trained staff or just isn't willing to open more tills. People standing there also are complaining an i think this is so unacceptable for this poor service
