Client unfair treatment

On the 07/07/2024 I was unfairly & rudely treated by Musa at R55 mall Pick n pay clothing store. I'm actually regular customer who does the banking almost everyday, as a TymeBank client.

However, I firstly call the shop in order for me to make an arrangement to come bank R5 coins, worthing 3600 & Musa refused me to come to the shop & she blatantly told me that they are too much.

I really feel that she showed me an element of laziness, *********** & unprofessional, because according to my understanding money is money whether it's in a form of coins or notes.

Strange enough I had to take an Uber to Pick n pay lifestyle & I got an excellent service from Beauty & her team. Thank you very much & big up to her & keep the good leadership qualities.
