Client Service does not EXIST at PnP Bellville

On Saturday (23/01/2016) at 12H45-13H15 I visited the PnP in Bellville - this store is a disappointment beyond words as this PnP does not know the meaning of client service at all. Bought a few items and standing in a long queue for baskets ONLY which only has 2 cashiers operating yet there is space for 4, but NO this PnP basically says ***** the clients they can stand for ages and wait in this heat, we won't get more cashiers to assist our clients - why should we do that. Went to the area that's designated for \managers"";if my managers had this kind of attitude towards clients. They called Jason the store manager what I could conclude is that he told the guy \""well she isn't the only client that wants to speak to me\"" and he sends Charlton Mesias to come speak to me - seriously just close this store"
