Hi We are standing outside with some security that has an attitude and the guy i think is a manager or something very rude

No 1 is saying anything we are just waiting outside with the door closed

They are even swearing at us because someone is inside buying we must wait outside we are also customers How do u even say MXM to a customer

The service here is horrible
