Client Preference

I went to Pick 'n Pay campus square when I was supposed to pay at a kiosk till, the teller communicated we can be able to pay there anymore even if its 1 item like I was having, however when a white lady came along and asked for a manager suddenly the rule changed she was able to pay the , I'm so annoyed by the service I'm getting from pick n pay the manager need to go back to training, he's lacking training and professionalism.
