Client ******* on their online stores and no client service recovery

PNP had a special on a Aim 50inh TV , normally priced at R4 999.99 , discounted to R3 500 and another 10% discount app**** for transactions over R1 200.00. 8th of September 2023 , I took the offer and discounts and funds were reserved . Today , 4 days later , 12 September 2023 I get an email that the order was cancelled due to no stock and availability is unknown. I call the contact numbers to find out how a large organisation was unable to verify online stock with masterfile records for warehousing or withing stores . Anyway , the lady and gent that I spoke to could not provide reasonable answers and spinned the best deflection reasons they could . I almost fell sorry for them . I check online and guess what , they continue to advertise a TV that is apparently out of stock , however , it's seems to be available only at cost now , i.e the original price . Complete ******* to entice clients and then claim nonstock . Superbelist and most other online outlets are able to tell you what colours and sizes are available, yet pick and pays online system does not know or at the least notes low stock . Unbelievable corporate *****s .
