Click n collect: you can click, but don’t expect to collect
Click and collect is a sham. They charge your account a day before already, but when you show up to collect, they tell you there is no stock! No feedback provided from the store manager who solemnly promised to phone, and no response to email. Very unhappy with the poor service and lack of feedback.

You should get her to train all your other employees in the art of communication and professional service - especially your store manager who cannot seem to make a simple phone call as promised. Hoping this has now been resolved - you will hear from me again if not.
