Click n collect at pick n pay On Nicol .

I placed a click and collect order ( ***)on the 23 Dec , to be collected at pick n pay on nicol . My order was scheduled to be picked up on the 24th between 16h00 n 17h00. When I got to the store they couldn't find my order. I have logged 5 queries with the customer care online still no resolution.
