Click and Collect or Click and Wait for us while we do more important things

Click and Collect - I don't know why I bothered !! After selecting a pick up time 2 hours after the store has opened, my order was not ready!! I did not come at the start of the hour to ensure that it was ready, but alas 40 min after it was supposed to be ready it hadn't even been packed. I might as well have done the shopping myself. Please make sure your staff are aware of the services that you are offering - because they don't appear to give a damn about customer service.
