Click and Collect badly organized

The Click and Collect at Pick 'n Pay is terribly organized. The whole point of this option is lower the foot traffic into the store.

The order "should" be collected at the Info Kiosk. Once you get there at your choosen time slot, the order is not there and the staff is not really very helpful in assisting.

Also, they allow many items for the online order, but once you get to the store none or most of them are not even available.

There is a massive disconnect between the online ordering and the actual order you receive. There is hardly any communication once the order has been placed.

In my opinion, it is extremely poorly run service and I will not be using it again. To me it is actually bit of false advertising as the shop entices you for this option, but then does not deliver on the service
