Cleaning while customers are shopping

Good day pnp,

I fell today at Northlands Corner pnp when making my way to the till to pay ,the lady was cleaning the yellow sign there.I was cautious but still I fell.

Please make other arrangements for cleaning while customers are inside the store.The lady at the till shouted next and I was next , without knowing the tub of yoghurt i was holding was broken out of my hands with yoghurt on me, I was on my knees I hit hard it's painful.The lady at the till was helpful in getting me clean up and getting another tub from the fridge.Please make other arrangements for cleaning during operating hours I managed to still walk out but next time someone might not be lucky .
