Claremont - Slow service and no more Express aisle

I work above Pick n' Pay Claremont so the location is convenient. However, they recently had a "refurbishment" at the branch, and they removed the "Express" aisle. They have replaced this with the old style tills all in a line, all of which have people with huge trolleys overflowing. Needless to say, most of the tills are not manned, even at busy times, so the queues go reeaaaaaally slowly. Coupled to that, the tills that are manned, are occupied by staff who don't really care, do not greet customers and work reeaaaaally slowly. It's going to take something special for me to return to this Pick n' Pay. They have shot themselves in the foot in so many ways.
