Cigarette Counter ???? Monster

Bad expirience for just taking a drink grom the cigarette counter by Nuraan Roberts, bad customer s****s and communication. The cigarette counter has no signage that only staff are allowed in that area, i figired its not a train smash to pick a drink from there since no one was available to assit, Nuraan was busy at the till point helping another customer, then a screaming noise saying Sir you not allowed to do that, i asked what!!! She said d thhe drink, you not allowed to take it yourself, i asked why, she said becuase its a high risk area, what ever that means because it means a 500 ml buddy is a high risk item, any way she went on and told me that i should know that this section we dont do that and if i doudt her i must call the manager, she needs customer service training or work at the back, customer service is so simple, its either you have it or you dont. She doesnt have it.
