Christmas Ruined

Dear PNP

I am absolutely infuriated with your new TV advert that my family and I saw last night.

My oldest child is 8 years old and I have tried against all odds to keep her believing in Father Christmas for as long as possible.

Children are forced to grow up so early in life and to get them to believe in a little bit of wonder for as long as possible is very hard in our current society.

Your advert clearly depicted that parents are Father Christmas and it is us that buy the presents.

This obviously led my child to the conclusion that Father Christmas isn’t real and now the rest of the fairytales will start to crumble.

So thank you so much for spoiling Christmas for us this year.

From Sharon Greyling
