Christmas Advertising

I've tried to buy their Lindt Excellent Chocolate on Special a 3 for R 90.00 Online. It's a 3 Day Christmas Special running from 13th to 15th December. Got it delivered at regular Price!!! Also in their latest Pamphlet (16th to 19th December)they again advertise "WEISS" Pfeffer-Nuesse and "WEISS" ******bread even though they have never been available. My Question, doesn't this amount to false Advertising?
