CHICKEN MEAT OFF / HAPPENS REGULARLY

<p>I would like to lodge a complaint about the raw chicken I have purchased on Saturday 1 July at Pick&Pay Bedford Centre. This is also not the first time this has happened, I complained on a previous occasion a couple of years ago, but nothing happened after that. In the last year I have now had this experience on more than one occasions. I buy chicken thighs & drum sticks and freeze them as I get home. When I cooked them after thawing during the day, I could smell the chicken was off. This happened on previous occasions with Chicken breasts as well. I followed the regular complaints channels, emailing the store and complaining online, but after a week had no response. This also happened in the past, just no response. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I really hope that you can attend to this query this time, as I am sure there must be more complaints. You will need to fix something to make sure it doesn’t continue happening.</p> <p> </p> <p>I shop at Bedford Centre Pick & Pay most often, but really don’t feel like doing this any longer as this is happening too often. </p> <p> </p>
