Chicken cooked with it's crop - health hazard

Yesterday I went to the Pick n Pay at Dobsonville Mall to get chicken for dinner. As I was deboning the chicken I realized that the chicken was grilled with it's crop not removed. I literally gagged at this and I so disappointed at the ignorance for such an important part of cleaning the non edibles on a chicken before it is cooked.
