Chicken, coldrink and crisp special

I saw the advert on my way home from work on Wednesday 4 March for the special went in at 6.30pm and was told no stock left. Went in on the Thursday in afternoon before going to work was told no stock time was 1pm. Friday night my family has a treat night sometimes for take out so said to my kids will bring he supper home as i finish work at 5pm. went in and again told no stock the lady behind counter Gladness told me right out that they have no stock as they stop making in afternoon but in the ovens they were cooking other chicken. i said it is a special and as they are a 24 hour place they should have the stock for customers who come after work for food. i said this is now the 3rd day i have come at different times and no stock she then said i can wait for 30min i must go pay for the specials and she will put in the oven for me she knocked off at 6pm and the food was still not ready. i stood around till 6.30pm waiting for the food not even offered a place to sit or anything for the delay. the cashier said that it not their problem as they have no control of where the cooking of food gets done even though in their shop. the manager came out only after a hour of me complaining.
