Cherokee Jacket PnP

Hello I bought a Cherokee down series jacket from Pick and Pay Clothing. I am very disappointed because I have wanted a jacket like this for a long time. The feathers of this jacket keeps on coming out of the jacket. It is al over my t-shirts that I wear underneath. My car seat is covered in feathers. I can't take the jacket back because they said I don't have the tag. I am very disappointed in the quality of this item and I waited a long time to buy one because of the price. Total waste of my money.
