Cheerful management team

I had recently returned from a holiday overseas, and was quite impressed and taken aback when the management team at pick n pay meet n see, had come up to me, all cheerful asking about my holiday and experience out of the country. Also indicating that they had missed seeing me in the store. This goes to show that the team knows their customers.
