Cheeky Manager/Supervisor

<p>I went to buy few items and at the express till the que was long. Next to the tills, the supervisors desks are. I ask politely can he not put more tills open because for the express till it is long. He just looked at me and say no. The lady at the till had a conversation with the customer and thats why the que is slow. I ask him to tell the staff to cut the chats short so we can pay and leave. He just looked at me and said tell her yourself. I told him it is not my place because he is not the manager/supervisor. There were 3 guys there, so that mean one of them were a manager or supervisor. If that is the manner pick n pay staff/manager react on a polite request, they slack on people s****s and do some bad reputation on your image.</p>
