Hi <br> <br> I am so highly disappointed at the service I got this morning at the pick n pay branch in cape town, before I could enter the store I need to hand in my parcels at the parcel counter, but it took me 15mins to be helped and then finally when I get helped the girl \sasah lee"then takes my bags and let all the continents in the bag fall out which was cake that I have just bought"
