Check Your Receipt Before Leaving PNP!!!!

On Sunday afternoon I visited PNP on Darwin Road in Kraaifontein. I bought a few items and left the store. Later that day when I checked my receipt, I had one item that was scanned twice, so instead of paying R59.99 i had to pay R120 for that 1 item. I immediately called the store to let them know about my misfortune and to tell them i was coming in the next day to get it sorted out. I was assured that once I come the next day they will be quick to assist because I called prior to going in.

The next day i was made to wait almost 45minutes while they checked the ''footage' of which i dont understand why I had to wait that long because my receipt had the time and till number and cashier name printed on it. I had to leave while they were still "conducting and investigation" because I had to get to work. I was asked to leave my number, name and receipt and will be contacted.

I have not received any feedback from the shop and I am not in the mood to chase behind Pnp staff.

i dont know if this is how PNP prides itself with customer services but they have honestly lost a valuable customer for life. Id rather go to other retailers moving forward.

i dont know what **** is being run there, I will not be recommending PNP to anyone and will be sure to delete all the good reviews, soze!
