Cheating customers and *****ing what they paid for

I bought a Carmen black keratin pro hairdryer and when I got home inside a box was just the dryer with a mask, no extra mask as stated as well as no Morocco argain oil as it shows on the box, called the pick n pay customer service which was no help at all and was told to get an Uber and go back to the shop, as I stated I don't live in the area. Why do you guys feel the need to cheat Ur customers. I wants my stuff back
