Cheated of Vouchers at Pick N Pay
As a loyal Smart Shopper I was given a Voucher for 20% of convenience foods at Pick n Pay.I recently went to Pick N Pay Arcadia branch at Sterland and bought some food Pap and some chicken stew which I assume is a convenience food.The Food was packed and wrapped with in one pack but with two different sets of prices, One for the Pap and the other the chicken stew but still it was a convenience food.Now at the till point my vouchers did not come through and I had a long argument with cashiers and the Manager eventually came and said that the 20% off convenience foods only applies to foods with One Price Stamp.I really do not understand this type of criteria? I feel cheated of my Voucher of 20% of Convenience foods.A Convenience food is a convenience food whether they are two price stamps or not, I should get my discount off the total price.I am angry about this and want situation rectified by Pick N Pay
