Chased out of Pick n Pay Hyper Moffet on Main, because they wanted to close!!!

I am very irritated and annoyed with pick n pay, and should I not get an acceptable response, I will take this to every social platform available.

I emailed about 2 weeks ago regarding an exchanges on baby product policy I was informed about at the Lorraine pick n pay, I got no response, not even a call or acknowledgement.

Yesterday while shopping at Pick n pay hyper on Moffet on Main we were quite literally ushered out of the shop because they wanted to close. Let me elaborate....

We arrived at about 16:30 and were about half way through our shopping when an announcement was made that we needed to make our way to the tills.

My partner and I split up so we could hurry and she was told that she must go to the till because they wanted to close.

There was no assistance anywhere on the floor to help us with queries, and when we paid we wanted to get electricity, the teller told us that they don't sell electricity so I had a verbal exchange with him that pick n pay, do in fact sell electricity.

Eventually a manager came and processed the electricity query.

When we left, the security guard practically ran to get us out, no "thank you", no acknowledgement of the inconvenience, nothing.

Now we usually spend upwards of R5000 a month at pick n pay, we have been having very bad experiences lately and I don't know what is going on.

Do you no longer value customers enough to treat them in a manner they deserve. What you forget is that we spend our hard earned money at your store, for what? To be chased out, disrespected and **** to.
