Charged R158 for 6 rolls and Missing Items

I went to shop at your store this afternoon. When I was paying, I realised that the amount charged for my items seemed a bit inflated. I even asked the cashier to confirm the price which was R582. When I was walking out, I decided to check the slip and realised that they had charged me R158.40 for 6 rolls. I brought this to their attention and the matter was sorted swiftly by management and they refunded me my money. <br> <br> I live down the road from the store and when I got home unpacking my stuff wanting to start cooking I realised that I was short of a bag of potatoes I bought as well as 2x 2L cooldrinks I bought which were on special. When I went back to the store, the staff denied that I had left such at the store. They even said I may have let it in the trolley. I am positive that I didn't. No one seemed to care that I ended up buying another bag of potatoes as I had not time to argue. <br> <br> Following the big mistake they made with my rolls, does management really think the staff would own up to another blunder with the same customer? Are the no surveillance tapes that can be reviewed as I certainly did not have the goods with me when I got home? Someone needs to follow this up.
