Charged for something I paid for.

I am furious with Pick n pay, I used my card to transact my purchases and your machine said my card is declined. I then paid cash... an hour later I receive an sms from standard bank indicatin that you have debited my money,,, I want my money back, see what you do on your side... I don't have slips but do have a bank statement indicating!!!
