Charged for items not received

Firstly well done on being able to deliver within the day where others have not been able to. However since you have introduced the option for replacements for unavailable items I have actioned this always on time but I get charged for the items I choose as replacements but do not receive them and I have emailed you each time this has happened you have not refunded me for those items.
