Charged for items not delivered

Good day I placed an order for cigarettes via the BottlesApp, the wrong cigarettes were delivered. I returned them with the driver and was promised to have the correct ones delivered. None delivered and refund was promised, to date 3 weeks later i get no response to my emails. Useless don't use them.
