Charged for Items I Didn't Buy - Be Careful!

Yesterday, I had a concerning experience at the Pick n Pay in Soneike, Kuilsriver. After completing my payment and receiving my receipt, I discovered that the cashier had added a bag of potatoes to my bill that I never purchased or even had in my cart.

I immediately went to the customer service kiosk to report the error. While they refunded the amount for the potatoes without issue, I was disappointed by their reaction. The staff member showed no surprise and offered no apology for the mistake.

This incident makes me wonder how frequently this happens to other shoppers. I urge everyone to check their receipts carefully before leaving this store.
