Charged but no delivery!

On 15 November my husband ordered 6 bottles Jameson to be delivered. An amount of R2264.94 was deducted from his account to include delivery and a drivers tip. After three unanswered emails and many calls he now ascertained that the product was not available at time of ordering. It was never delivered and apparently a reduced amount of R2219.94 is available on a wallet without informing him. They are therefor retaining the amount for delivery and the drivers tip! Will never again order at PnP ASAP!
