Change in delivery uncalled for and Siyanda IS A ****

I placed an order 4 less than R200. 1, the removed an item from my cart and decided to credit to the asap app. I called and was told the delivery would be today. On the app it indicates tomorrow, the times changed several times.

Noe how the heck can you delivery bread after 9am the next morning when the purpose of the order was to have bread before school starts????

I called back and had to be put on hold for a long time then left a message. Nobody called back yet they stipulate they will call you ASAP.

Spoke with Siyanda *** who is a **** since she promised that the delivery would be today.

It too ASAP 2 WEEKS TO SORT OUT A QUERY IN MY CONTACT NUMBER. I REQUESTED ASSISTANCE PREVIOUSLY AND THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO ASSIST PROPERLY.

I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF MULTIPLE TIMES AND ALL YOU PEOPLE SAY IS YOU SORRY.
