Cellphones more important than customer service!

Pick 'n Pay has been in a downward spiral for the last few years if you should ask me. Use to be my favorite groceries shopping outlet but seriously now every Pick 'n Pay I go into are dark & depressing. Yesterday at Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit I tried to find Pratley putty at least 6 staff members walked past me without even acknowledging me while busy on their cellphones I eventually dropped my whole basket and left. Same thing happened last week at the cigarettes' counter no one there to help while four staff members are standing in a group behind me watching some social media videos on a cellphone again. Needless to say Pick 'n Pay will never see me again... shape up guys! with the new Checkers Hyper in town you'll need to.
