Cedare Square *****

Good day, 3 days ago i brought 4 complaints to your customer care team about the PNP Cedar Square. I was told i would be contacted, not sure by who.

My complaints are listed below: 1. PNP Cedar is selling items that expired in Feb at their reduced to clear section, this is food items. How is this even happening when the Government was clamping down on ****a shops selling expired items, yet such a big Retailer is doing this and no one is taking action? I bought items and got home only to see its expired. 2. There are always price disputes on your items, its marked for a certain price on the shelf and then scans higher at the till, people do check their slips so you are actually *****ulently incorrectly pricing your items. 3. Your trolleys have cable ties on them so consumers are not able to put their small kids in the trolley, this is the only PNP in Gauteng that does this, the other day i witnessed a lady carrying her child in her hand and struggling to push a trolley, how do you allow this? 4. about a month ago i witnessed a white manager busy talking down to his staff member in front of the entire shop, when i told him he cannot do that in full view of the store, he tried to make a joke but insulted me in the process?

is this store some elite store that your staff can do whatever they want to treat consumers like S**t.
