CASHIERS THINK THEY ARE SMART

i am VERY VERY upset with the level of service I received at Pick and Pay in Sasolburg on 18/08/2019. My partner and I went to buy some groceries for the Braai we were having the afternoon, we only had 1 basket and the payment point where is states Basket only was open so we went there to pay, The cashier "Busisiwe Mntu" greeted us and said only 10 items is allowed to be scanned and paid for at this till point which is total bull****!!! she made us divide all our items and pay seperatly, stating that only 10 items or less is acceptable. i on the other hand immediately looked for management to find out if this is true or not as there was no signs exept basket only signs. management said that there is no such thing as 10 items only and said that she will call Busisiwe Mntu into the office as i was ready to make a huge scene there! if yopu guys want my money then make sure your staff is educated and non racial... i am giving this cashier a run for her money and i am going to make sure everyone knows what happened here. i asked her a simple question asking why she said that, she told my partner top remove his card and turned away and walked out!!! i am not leaving this here, hellopeter and the all of social media will know of this. FIRE THE GIRL THERE IS PLENTY OF OTHER PEOPLE WHO WILL APPRECIATE THERE JOBS
