Cashiers spend more time talking

Good Day

Last night I was at Pick n Pay Queensburgh that is currently undergoing a revamp. Well the cashier (Noliswa) was ringing up my groceries, she was so engrossed in a conversation with the packer, she did not acknowledge me. It was only when she started ringing up the person behinde me things with mine, that I had my first interaction with her. and she took off at me, because I had not warned her. Where as the lady had told her thats her stuff.

Only when the supervisor Desiree had been called, to do a void - was I asked for my Smart shopper card and if i needed packets. Although all my items had been scanned and I had been waiting for the Supervisor. Not once did she apologise or greet me, when I started rining up my goods or when I left.

One of the items I bought was Ola ice cream - now I am gathering from the renovations the icecream has defrosted and been refrozen as there are ice crystals all through the product, unfortunately I had after my children had finished theres so it was to late to return it. But an absolute waste of money. Please look into it.
