Cashiers refusing to withdraw for Tyme bank customers

Please give the point of sale withdrawal serious attention. I am a Tyme bank customer and only withdraw at Pick N PAY. A cashier named Nonsikelelo always sour when requesting to withdraw. I told here I'll report this as I have before and didn't seem to care. People in the area are complaining about Kwazikode Pick N Pay Market in Orlando East, Soweto. Please train cashiers to be welcoming and offer solutions or alternatives instead of helping people they know withdraw cash under using Capitec cards and chasing away Tyme bank customers. Please give this matter urgent attention because this is happening for the 3rd time now in the same store.
