Cashiers incompetency

I just came from pick n pay(Centurion mall) and I'm really disappointed by the incompetency of their cashiers. It's not even about this store but the general service or lack of, I find that a lot of them are either poorly trained or just plain lazy. I had wuhu coupons and they didn't know how it works, it's a constant issue with them and these coupons have been around for over years now. Going to pick n pay has become a waste of time and money. Really disappointing service.
