Cashier's attitudes beyond ridiculous

I guess it's a waste of time giving you feedback about your pathetic customer service. I don't know if you do it purposely when you employ angry people. If people don't want to work or can't handle working with people they must simply stay at home and give people who love working with people a chance. I'm in the hospitality industry and customer service is very vital as we would like our customers to return. This is my second report regarding cashier attitudes. Lorna Machele is another example of poor customer service. Do not respond to my feedback if there won't be any change. The sad thing is I was with my sister who works for Pick n Pay she was embarrassed on your employees behalf. Sies maarn Pick n Pay get your act together and employ people who are happy to come to work.
