Cashiers and security's unexceptional RUDE COMMENTS

I went to do my shopping on the 5Sep2022 at Pick n Pay Hyper on William moffet in Port Elizabeth. I have never been so humiliated in my life before.. Firstly at about 17;45 the First Bidvest security guard female ****ed me off coz when i asked her if she can send the person who works in the section that i needed assistance she just rudely rep**** "NO" and walked off.. so while myself and my fiance was getting our last to items the second security gaurd male walks to us and said "ITS CLOSED U MUST LEAVE " Do now by this time im so angry i can die,coz according to my knowledge in retail if u r in a shop even just before they closing they can close the doors but they must wait for there clients to finish up,not come to the clients and be so upknockciuos and rude basically chasing them away. Now comes the problem with the store itself.. As we at the till now my fiance is unpacking the trolley and im standing on the other side waiting to pack our stuff as i always pack the groceries into the plastics myself coz i pack it a certain way...so as the stuff is being ringed up and im packing the stuff in rushing up not to keep the people up .. Wont this cashier all of a sudden stop and turn to me and tell me "ITS NOT NECESSARY THAT U DONT NEED TO PACK THE STUFF SO LOUDLY,IVE GOT A HEADACHE"

OMG that was it i said to her "BUT IM NOT BEING LOUD IM JUST PACKING THE STUFF FAST COZ EVERYBODY'S CHASING A PERSON ON AS IT IS" She was the last cashier working on the 5thSep2022,I fidnt get her name as i was not in a good space at that stage with all the bull**** going on .. I would advise the owner or manager of this store to send there people on a softskills training as they do not have any idea how to work with the public/your clients .. I use to by my monthly groceries there every month but i will never ever put my foot in that store to support them .. This was humiliating and not acceptable at all..how dare she speak like that to me .. That women must be taken to task as shes going to make u loose alot of clients,and im one of them .
