Cashier who gave me an attitude

I didn't like the way the cashier helped me I told her to I wanted to withdraw my nsfas money and she said stand one side let me take the next customer then she said if its intellimali I have to go to shoprite. But I know I can withdraw at pick n pay but she said no they don't do it . The way she talked to me wasn't a good approach as a pick n pay customer. I was pick n pay Umlazi mega city.
