Cashier training at Pick n Pay Protea North

Good day

Can the ladies at the tills at Pick n Pay Protea North learn some manners please. I have never been treated like this in my entire adult life, not even at Shoprite. I'm sure customer service should mean something to Pick n Pay as a national company.

Even the supervisors treat customers like they are nothing. If people don't want to work why don't they say so and let others that want to do the job. I didn't get the cashier's name because she wasn't wearing her name badge but she was light in complexion. Her attitude ad the way she looked at me shows that she thinks she is above me as a customer. It's as if she was doing me a favour by me spending my money. She looked at me with disgust as if there's something wrong with me. I wanted cashback but because of how she behaved I just took my shopping and left.

Please can the cashier's be trained on how to treat paying customers
