CASHIER THROWING MY BREAD AT ME AND SWEARING

Hi,<br> <br> I would like to lay a complaint against your employee, Nombulelo Manyela, whom attended to cashing up my groceries at PNP on Saturday, 13/06/2015 at approximately 16H10pm. ( Attached is a pic and a copy of my till slip..i was assisted by someone else)<br> <br> She scanned my Ultima brown bread by pressing it and breaking it in the process and the more I told her not to squeeze the bread as it is breaking she was giving me an attitude and when I told her that if the bread is broken she will have to go fetch me another loaf she took the bread and threw it towards me calling me a ***** and that my mother is a *****...<br> I left the till and immediately went to report her at the admin office of PNP whereby the assistant manager apologised and remove Nombulelo from the till. My two daughters and their friend was so shocked with the drama,,, it was just an unbelievable scene.<br> <br> I have never been humiliated in the public before and was appalled by the behaviour and conduct of your employee...<br> To date not even PNP contacted me to check if everything is ok. I escalated my complaint with PNP customerline this morning and received REF NO ***.<br> <br>
