CASHIER THREW MY GROCERIES WHILE SCANNING AND EGGS

01March15-went to the above mentioned store, while the cashier was ringing my stuff I realised that don't have enough cash, I took out the body lotion before it was rang up, that made the cashier very upset and she threw my groceries as she was scanning it. I also got angry and told her that I don't appreciate the way she treats me, she never stopped nor apologised not to mention a thank you, I also asked her twice to swipe my smart shopper card, she was just less interested, she even scanned oats that was not belonging to me I also made her aware of it. (don't care attitude)<br> I immediately saw the store manager and made him aware of the service I received he was very dismissive and no apology whatsoever, he said he store is busy therefore he cant call the cashier from the till to reprimand her, I said that's what I meant he said I am more that welcome to log my complaint on hello peter, was very disappointed with his response clearly, doesn't care about his customers and the stores reputation...guess what when I got home 7 eggs broken because of the cashier.my money for more than half a dozen down the drain thanks pick n pay. you have lost a customer no call from that manager pls
