Cashier rudeness

I went to Pick'n pay at the Glen mall on the 1st of December 2020 to buy pads when I got to the till there were two old ladies,one operating the till and the other sitting at the packing. I had R10.50 with me to get a small pack of pads since my periods just started with a heavy flow,I have never felt so embarrassed like that for asking for a plastic bag and being short with 20cents,those woman made me feel so bad for going into Pick'n pay for pads and needing a plastic stating how she was going to be short in her till! How they don't know why I asked for a packet and now I don't even know how to open it. The rudeness of it all made me feel like I had done something wrong,that kind of customer service I'd expect from youngsters not woman who have kids of their own.
