Cashier refused to redeem my purity voucher

Maponya mall pick n Pay The service it wasn't that bad. The cashier She refused to help me to redeem my voucher from purity product because she was in hurry she was want to knock off. I do understand is holidays she want to enjoy with family but what about me as customer which I also have a right to get a discount.
