cashier expected customer to pack trolley

I frequent this branch and am so disappointed with the service. The cashier on duty today at about 14h00. .. 2nd last till... showed absolutely no concern regarding packing the trolley. All other tills had packers for far less merchandise being purchased. I am recovering for a major op and cannot lift anything above 2 kg. My mum a pensioner had to load the heavy bags. .. Some more than 5kg. And she is now suffering with a back ache. Still the packer at the last till looked on. When asked the cashier about the packer to assist she said the packer is coming which never happened. Disgusting service. On our way out one of the staff that help outside unpacked the trolley... we had to obviously tip him. The saving on my till slip ended up as his tip. So annoyed. Your people need to put more energy into what they do.
