Cashier Bad Service

I went to Pick and Pay Last night to buy a few things at around 18:31 on 14/08/2018, got to the cashier to pay and say the Cashier buy the name of Priscilla Masekoameng (according to the slip) took 3 PNP SCRATCH CARDS swiped them at the scanner and put them next to the scanner. I wanted to ask her what she is doing but I thought I will not make a scene as there is other client in the store as well and it’s been a long day so I would rather leave it till the next day when I have calmed down.

Now the question is with how many clients have this happened to? Is that really the type of workers you want to assist you customers? According to me that is theft. There is cameras in store and I feel that this needs to be investigated urgently and this is not professional service. *****ing is a ******** offence. (Taking without the customers consent is *****ing) weather that is *****ing from the client of otherwise then staling from the store itself.
